    It adopts a three-stage progressive thinning method to press the dough to a suitable thickness.The machine-assisted fillings are spread flat on the dough,and the dough is rolled into long strips through the reeling wheel,and cut into spherical or long strips with a cutter,without destroying the elasticity of the dough and maintaining the handmade flavor.Equipped with German servo systems and made of Japanese food-grade stainless steel, this product enables full-process automation from dough dividing, shaping to tray loading. It achieves a capacity of 1,800-6,000 pieces/hour, with weight accuracy within ±1%, and is CE-certified. Its specially designed quick-release structure reduces mold changeover time to 3 minutes, flexibly adapting to multi-variety production needs.
