This machine consists of three sets of rollers. The first set kneads the dough and allows the thickness to be adjusted. Then the dough goes through a rotary roller unit composed of twelve roller wheels, where it is gradually rolled out using a tapping action — bit by bit — to achieve a smoother surface and ensure stable product weight and quality. Finally, according to customer requirements, a shaping roller kneads and adjusts the dough thickness again.
The width and thickness of the dough sheet are both adjustable. The main machine is available with multiple different wheel width specifications for users to choose. (Custom specifications can also be ordered for special needs.)
The roll-up wheel will roll the dough into strip. It neither damages the dough structure nor generates heat, retaining the traditional handmade flavor.
The overall frame is made of stainless steel through laser cutting and welding. The main control electrical components adopt branded motors. From the inverter, PLC, and photoelectric control communication to the touch screen operation, it fully realizes modern human-machine interface functions.
