    Croissant forming line

    This production line is designed for the automatic forming of croissants. The entire process—from dough sheet flattening to final tray arrangement—is precise, stable, and easy to operate, ensuring consistent product quality and high efficiency.

    The machine supports customization of triangular or rectangular shapes according to client requirements. Depending on the croissant size, it can be configured to cut 2 to 4 rows of dough strips.

    The whole frame is made of stainless steel, providing a smooth, robust, safe, and hygienic structure. Main electronic components consist of imported motors and sensors.

      Production Process

      01  Dough Pressing

      The dough sheet is conveyed to a pressing roller to be flattened, providing uniform thickness for subsequent forming.

      02  Dough Cutting

      Vertical cutters divide the dough into strips, and the edge cutters remove excess dough on both sides to achieve the precise width.

      03  Triangular Dough Pieces Cutting

      The electromechanical die cutter accurately and quietly punches triangular dough pieces without slipping, ensuring consistent shapes.

      04  Rotate the Triangular Dough Pieces

      A steering unit rotates the triangular dough pieces by 90° to facilitate subsequent rolling.

      05  Straight Alignment

      Before rolling, a positioning guide aligns the triangular dough pieces to form a straight line for each row.

      06  Rolling and Tray Arranging

      The dough pieces enter the rolling unit for forming, and then are arranged on trays automatically.
