The automatic dough sheeting and cutting machine consists of three core components: a continuous dough pressing unit, a dough sheeting and cutting mechanism, and a conveyor belt.
The dough is automatically conveyed to the pressing machine via a bottom conveyor, where it can be seamlessly integrated with sheeting and cutting equipment. The machine allows the dough width and thickness to be adjusted, with thickness ranging from 0.18 to 1.8 mm, ensuring consistent product weight and shape.
An S-type continuous folding pressing process enhances the dough's elasticity and surface gloss while improving its structural integrity. Optional cutters can be added to the equipment for multi-sheet cutting, and an automatic dusting system with adjustable dusting volume further reduces labor intensity and increases operational safety.
The pressing frequency and conveyance times can be set as needed.
