      The dough is pressed three times by rollers pressing device,to make products more polish,high quality.All pieces are same size and weight. This production line have adjustable speed in time.easy operation.

      Features

      Dough Rolling Machine: Knead the dough three times, then roll it into a dough rope and shape it through three passes of rolling. This makes the bread smoother and of higher quality.
      Dough Cutting Machine: Cut the dough into several pieces of the same size and weight, and connect them to the dough sharper. The speed of the dough cutter is adjustable, and the size and weight of the dough can also be adjusted.
      Precisely, efficiently and hygienically, the filling is injected into the dough skin .using a servo control system, ensuring that the weight error of each portion of filling is ≤ ±1g (adjustable), avoiding the problem of uneven filling caused by manual operation. It is compatible with various fillings.
      It can handle solid fillings (such as bean paste, lotus seed paste, meat filling), semi-liquid fillings (such as milk yellow filling, heart-shaped filling), and even granular fillings (such as five-spice filling, taro paste filling), and can switch by adjusting parameters.
