This machine is specially used for dividing toast, sweet bread and other doughs, the weight of the divided small doughs is consistent and the organization is fine, which can save manpower and eliminate the difference caused by manpower.

Dough Rounder

The dough rounder machine is an automated bread baking equipment that can efficiently round large and small doughs in a simulated manual rounding method to facilitate the subsequent baking and fermentation processes.
Used to make a moderate round after dividing the dough by hand or mechanically for shaping and smooth basket turning in the middle of the fermenter.
The cones and rounding tracks in contact with the dough are coated with a Teflon non-stick treatment that meets food hygiene requirements;
The rounding track is adjustable (the size of rounding groove is adjustable, the angle of rounding track is adjustable), and the range of rounding dough is wide.
The dough outlet is fitted with a flour spreader to improve the non-stick effect.
